Our main service we provide on our split and ducted systems in Brisbane is a ‘deep clean service’. A deep clean service is usually by prompted by the system having a mouldy smell or being able to see mould or dust in the unit, ideally, we would be servicing before it gets to this point. A deep clean service is where a special coil/ mould cleaner is used to get deep into your coil for a deep clean.

We advise servicing every 12 months to maintain manufacturer’s warranty as well to ensure your system is running to the best of it’s ability. A scheduled service every 12 months will prolong the life of the unit and pick up any potential faults that may arise.

2. Formal Written Quote

After our initial contact, we will be drawing up a formal written quote stating everything you need to know about your aircon installation.

3. Mutual Agreement

Go through the quote and make sure everything is up to your approval.

4. Full Installation

Once you’ve paid the initial deposit, we will begin the installation of your new air conditioining unit for you and your family to enjoy!

5. After Sales Care

Our serivces do not stop even after your installation. With after sales care, we’ll make sure your unit stays 100% the whole year round.
